1. Refractory quality:

1) The working layer is in direct contact with molten steel and is the key part. 2. Production organization and operation level:

1) The molten steel level of the tundish should be stable or not fluctuated during the production process; the production organization requires that the production volume of the converter and the continuous casting production should match normally, and the excessive fluctuation of the molten steel level caused by the untimely continuous casting of the molten steel should be avoided. 2) The temperature of the molten steel to the continuous casting platform should be reasonable, to avoid the scouring of the tundish lining due to overheating of the molten steel; the harm to the tundish lining caused by the too low temperature of the molten steel to permeate the tundish with oxygen and increase the temperature should be avoided.
