EAF repair method

EAF patching methods are divided into manual patching and mechanical gunning patching. According to the different mixing methods of selected materials, they are divided into dry patching and wet patching.
At present, mechanical gunning is mostly used on large-scale electric arc furnaces. The mechanical gunning equipment includes door gunning machine and in-furnace rotary repairing machine. Mechanical gunning is fast and effective.
The principle of furnace repair is: high temperature, fast repair, and thin repair.
