1. Change the angle of the tundish guard plate to make the upper edge of the tundish guard plate flush with the ladle pouring steel platform, and effectively cut off the original gap. At the same time, a transverse guard plate (20cm high) is set at the upper end of the tundish guard plate, so as to effectively prevent the molten steel from flowing into the pouring position along the upper edge of the tundish guard plate.

2. Set a slot in the place where the pressure bar inside the tundish guard board passes through, insert the external small guard board to block the gap between the pressure bar and the tundish guard plate, and prevent the molten steel from splashing to the pouring position.

3. Make spare guard board, replace the guard board every casting time, repair the defective guard board in time, keep the guard board from deformation and integrity; Set stone cotton cloth on the guard plate to reduce the impact of steel splashing on the tundish guard plate at the initial stage of pouring steel.
