Refractory for forging furnace

Casting heating furnace is the basic heating equipment for heating forging materials in forging workshop. The final heating temperature varies according to different steel grades. Generally, the heating temperature is between 1150 and 1280, which plays an important role in the selection of refractory materials. 
The refractory bricks and castables for forging furnace are mainly as follows:
1. Clay brick: in addition to the heat insulation layer of forging furnace, the use of clay refractory brick is distributed in all areas of forging furnace, mainly including furnace wall, furnace top, furnace bottom and furnace bottom working face
2. Clay insulation brick: mainly used in the heat insulation layer of forging furnace
3. Refractory fiber felt
4. Clay refractory castable: mainly used in forging furnace wall, furnace top and other areas
