Electric furnace high-iron ratio hot charging operation process

1.Preparation: After the previous furnace is finished, fill the steel outlet and clean the furnace door.
2. Top loading 5% scrap steel, 500kg raw dolomite.
3. Into 80 to 85% of molten iron (about 70 ~ 80t, divided into two top loading).
4. Oxygen blowing (see Table 1 for oxygen gas supply parameters), adding 2000-4000Kg of lime, 200-300Kg of magnesium ball, and 0~3000Kg of returning ore.
5. When the bath temperature is ≥1500°C, about 10% scrap (8~15t) is continuously added through the horizontal feeding system.
6. When the temperature is ≥1550 °C, C≤0.50%, slag discharge.
7. Sampling, in accordance with the process conditions, tapping.
