It offers exceptional high-temperature volumetric stability, slag erosion resistance, and thermal shock stability; in practical application, it ensures freedom from slag adhesion, cracking, spalling, and steel penetration, thereby safeguarding high-temperature smelting operations.

Packaging and Storage: 25 kg/bag; sealed packaging; store at ambient temperature in a cool, dry environment for 180 days.

Repair material for medium-frequency induction furnaces

Formulated with high-quality alumina and additives such as chromium oxide, this product offers a plastic repair solution for areas susceptible to impact, penetration, and erosion. It demonstrates outstanding resistance to surface spalling and excellent adhesion in both cold and hot conditions; furthermore, it is easy to apply, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Packaging and Storage: Sealed packaging in high-strength injection-molded resin drums or cartons (25 kg/drum). Store in a cool place to prevent hardening; use as soon as possible after opening. To ensure optimal plasticity, it is recommended that the storage period does not exceed four months.

Induction coil putty

As a critical coating material for the inner surface of coreless induction furnace coils, it not only protects the coil from erosion caused by molten metal penetration but also provides effective structural support to prevent deformation. Its superior insulation properties safeguard the medium-frequency power supply by preventing surge currents resulting from inter-turn short circuits or electrical discharges.

Packaging and Storage: Packaged in high-strength polyester paper/film composite bags (25 kg/bag). It has a shelf life of four months when stored in a cool, dry environment. Please store in a dry place and protect from moisture.
