First, there is a problem with the drainage sand. If the quality of the drainage sand is not good, it will not automatically start pouring if you add more.

Second, the steel slag in the ladle was not cleaned up, and after adding drainage sand, the steel slag flowed back and blocked the ladle nozzle.

Third, the temperature of the molten steel is low, or the temperature at the bottom of the molten steel is low, which may be caused by too long pressing time, or the cold steel that adjusts the temperature of the molten steel is not completely melted and sticks near the lalde nozzle. This can be seen, if the burner with oxygen can catch fire and some molten steel can come down, it means that the temperature at the bottom of the molten steel is too low. If you use oxygen to burn the water, it will not catch fire at all, which means that it is the first and second problems.

There is a small suggestion. After the ladle nozzles is installed, put two used thin oxygen tubes in the nozzle and then add drainage sand, so that even if the drainage sand is not very good or there is a little slag that cannot be opened by itself, It can also be boiled with an oxygen burner.
