1. Overview of tundish dry vibration mix

Dry vibration mix is an amorphous refractory that is formed by vibration without adding water or liquid binder. Under the action of vibration, the material can form a dense and uniform whole, which can be strengthened by thermosetting bonding agent or ceramic sintering agent when heated. Vibrating material is composed of refractory aggregate, powder, sintering agent and admixture. Its characteristics are: this kind of material is easy to flow under the action of vibration force, and the powder can fill the very small pores between particle accumulations even under the action of small vibration force, and obtain a dense body with higher filling density. In use, it is heated to form a working surface with certain strength. However, there are still parts of the non-working face that are unsintered and present the original dense packing structure.

2.4 Relying on phenolic resin as a binder to obtain demoulding strength, reducing phosphorus pollution and purifying molten steel, which can meet the requirements of smelting different steel grades, but resin-bonded dry vibration mix are easy to increase carbon. 
2.5 There is a reasonable line change under various temperature conditions, which is easy to turn over. 
2.6 Compared with the use of paint, the tundish dry construction method overcomes the shortcomings of manual application, especially the significant increase in service life meets the requirements of continuous operation in the steel industry.
