Tundish Permanent Layer Castable Introduction：
Tundish permanent layer castable is made from high grade bauxite as the main raw material and formulated with various additives. Permanent layer, this layer is in contact with the insulation layer, and its material is generally clay brick. The overall permanent lining is the most common, and the castable is generally high-alumina or mullite self-flowing castable. 

As the main raw materials for the development of steelmaking tundish permanent layer castable was determined through analyzing the vanadium slag. Tundish are an important part of continuous cast steel system.
